Garden Club of Weddington, Inc. 
​was founded in 2001.

​Mission Statement
​“Our mission is generating interest in community beautification by bringing together people who share a common interest in gardening.”

​Garden Club of Weddington, Inc. is an organization committed to developing the potential of its members and improving the community through the effective action of its membership. 
​
We welcome any adult who is interested in gardening. Programs are held the second Tuesday morning of each month, September through May.  Programs feature informative speakers, opportunities to share gardening information, and engage in community projects.

​Since 2001, the club has participated in community projects and has provided many scholarships to students seeking education in a related horticulture field of studies.   ​
